Our Services

Physiotherapy

In private settings, Physiotherapists assess for causes of injuries that develop over time (e.g. sore shoulder), and new injuries that occur due to a specific incident (e.g. slip and fall). They can address your issues and associated questions through hands-on treatment, education, and tailored exercise programs.

They are a versatile profession and are familiar with a wide breadth of conditions. They can directly treat conditions as primary healthcare providers, and can help point you in the right direction if you need further attention.

Broadly speaking, Physiotherapists can treat patients of all ages and all capacities, from those in the hospital, to the professional athlete.

Massage Therapy

Massage therapy involves manual manipulation of the soft tissue. It is commonly performed alongside Physiotherapy for therapeutic injury rehabilitation, but can be used as a standalone treatment.

Massage therapy helps improve musculoskeletal dysfunction by reducing tension in muscles that are commonly held taught. It helps expedite recovery of many injuries including strains, sprains and fractures, and improves overall blood circulation.

Read the Therapist’s bios on our booking page to see how they’ve broadened their practice.

Athletic Therapy

Athletic Therapists work with patients of all varieties. They are able to assess and treat a wide array of conditions. They typically will incorporate exercise therapy into their treatments.

An active approach is the best approach for rehabilitation and performance, and Athletic Therapists are masters of the active approach.
